You’re still here. That means something.

You may not recognize the woman in the mirror anymore—but she’s still in there. And she deserves to feel peace again.

From Rock Bottom to Reclamation

Hi, I’m Michelle. I lost my husband, my partner, and what felt like my entire future in one unexpected moment. In the early days, all I could do was breathe. Eat. Try to sleep. Repeat.

I wasn’t looking for motivation. I wasn’t trying to "get over it." I was just trying to make it to the next hour.

Eventually, I began to realize that grief wasn’t something to conquer. It was something to carry.

And I wanted to learn how to carry it with more grace, more support, and fewer masks.

I created The Elevation Hub for women like us — women who have lost more than words can explain, and are now wondering...

What does life even look like after this?

If you’ve been asking yourself…

“Will I ever feel like myself again?”

“How do I hold this grief and live?”

“What do I do with the guilt when I laugh, or smile, or even think about the future?”

“Why do I still feel so alone—even when I’m surrounded by people?”

Then you are in the right place.

The Elevation Hub isn’t just support. It’s a sacred space designed for the exact version of you that exists right now — whether your loss was six months ago or three years ago. Whether you’re raising kids alone or navigating an empty home. Whether you're functioning or still quietly falling apart.

A Space to Be Seen. A Path to Walk Forward.

The Elevation Hub is a 12-week guided grief healing journey designed to gently help you:

- Carry your grief without guilt

- Reconnect with who you are beyond the pain

- Release emotional patterns keeping you stuck (like shame, resentment, or numbness)

- Build sacred rituals that bring calm back into your day

- Step into your next chapter without letting go of the love you still hold

You don’t have to pretend to be strong here. You don’t have to fix yourself. Just come exactly as you are.

Here’s how we walk together

Weeks 1-2 Where Safety begins

These first two weeks are all about creating emotional safety — the kind of safety your nervous system can actually trust. You’ll be welcomed gently into a private pod of women who get it, who don’t need long explanations or pretty packaging. This is where the aloneness begins to loosen, and where community starts to feel like a balm instead of a burden.

Weeks 3-4 Coming Home To Your Body

Grief doesn’t just live in your heart — it lives in your shoulders, your sleep, your appetite, and your energy. In these weeks, we gently tend to the physical toll you’ve carried. Through breath, movement, and simple somatic practices, you’ll begin to hear your body again and honor the parts of you that went silent when everything changed.

Weeks 5-6 Shedding Guilt & Meeting Yourself Again

These weeks are a sacred invitation to lay down the guilt, the “shoulds,” and the quiet shame that so often follows loss. You’ll begin to explore how your identity has shifted — not in a rush to reinvent, but with compassion for the woman you’re becoming. This is where dreaming again stops feeling impossible and starts feeling tenderly possible.

Weeks 7-9 Building Sacred Structure

When the world fell apart, routines probably did too. These weeks offer you a rhythm — not rigid, but sacred. You’ll create rituals that nourish you, establish emotional boundaries that protect your peace, and begin building a life that feels like yours, not just a version of what’s left behind.

Weeks 10-12 Reclaiming Your light

This is the season where survival gives way to something softer, braver, and more alive. You’ll reflect on your growth, explore intimacy and joy in new ways, and step forward with more clarity and self-trust. It’s not about erasing what you’ve been through — it’s about honoring it as you reclaim your voice, your purpose, and your light.

What other women are saying

These stories were shared by women who chose to say yes to themselves and begin again inside The Elevation Hub.

Before working with Michelle, I felt invisible – like the world had moved on without me. I carried guilt for wanting to laugh again and shame for still crying at night. Michelle helped me transform that guilt into grace and rediscover myself. I now have friendships with other widowed women who truly ‘get it,’ and I even booked a solo retreat that once seemed impossible. I’m finally embracing my future.

There was a time I couldn’t imagine waking up without dread. I felt like half of me was gone. That’s when I found Michelle. Her coaching doesn’t push. Every call, every exercise, every connection reminded me that healing is not a betrayal – it’s an act of love. I now celebrate small joys again, decorate my home for the seasons, and say yes to life. My grief hasn’t vanished, but it no longer consumes me. I can carry it with strength and peace.

Still feeling unsure? That’s okay.

You’ve already carried more than most people can imagine. It makes sense to pause before saying yes to something new.
Let’s gently walk through some of the thoughts that might be holding you back.

“I’m not sure if I’m far enough along in my grief”

That question comes from a place of self-protection, and I honor that.

The Elevation Hub isn’t for those in the earliest stages of survival — but if you’re functioning, showing up for life, yet still carrying an invisible weight... this space was created with you in mind.

You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be willing to explore softness again.

“I’m scared this will bring up too much. What if I fall apart again?”

Falling apart isn’t failure — it’s often the first step to integration.

But you won’t be doing it alone.

This isn’t a space that forces you to re-open wounds. It’s a space that helps you tend to them with gentleness. You’ll have tools, rituals, sisterhood, and my guidance the whole way through. You’ll be held. Always.

“I don’t know if this will work for me”

If what you’ve tried so far hasn’t felt like enough… maybe it’s not that you’re unfixable. Maybe it’s that the approach didn’t honor how sacred this process really is.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to grief — but inside The Elevation Hub, you’ll be seen as a whole person, not just someone in pain. That’s where the transformation begins.

“Money is tight… and I feel guilty investing in myself”

I hear this often. And here’s what I want to say gently, with love:

What is it costing you to stay in survival mode?

To keep functioning, smiling, holding it together — while quietly struggling to breathe?

This isn’t an expense. It’s an investment in your emotional well-being, your peace, your energy, your capacity to live again. And yes — flexible payment options are available, because no one should be left out of support they need.

“Will I have enough time to even do this?”

Grief already asks so much of you. That’s why The Elevation Hub was created to work with your life — not compete with it.

Everything is paced gently. Sessions are recorded. The portal is always open. And the rituals we introduce are meant to give you energy, not take more from you.

Most women spend just 1–2 intentional hours per week here — and find that what they receive in return creates ripple effects throughout the rest of their life.

You don’t need more time. You need a better way to use the little you do have — in a space that restores instead of depletes.
