Through breath, movement, and simple somatic practices, you’ll begin to hear your body again and honor the parts of you that went silent when everything changed.
These weeks are a sacred invitation to lay down the guilt, the “shoulds,” and the quiet shame that so often follows loss. You’ll begin to explore how your identity has shifted — not in a rush to reinvent, but with compassion for the woman you’re becoming.
